How to make Bottle Gourd Smoothie

Step 1To prepare a healthy smoothie, taste a slice of bottle gourd (Lauki) to ensure it is not bitter.

Step 2Now put bottle gourd and water into the blender and blend until smooth.

Step 3Transfer to a glass and add a pinch of salt, black pepper and cumin powder to it. Stir to enhance the taste and serve.
